How long can I focus my mind
on one single thing
a breath, a feeling, one thought?
Like popcorn popping
my mind explodes
with random thoughts
here, there, back again

Yet if I learn to focus
this unlimited mind
what could I do
for when this focused mind
connects with the Divine Matrix
there is no limit
to eternity
