How does we transmute
one aspect of energy into
another? We’re able to change
energy that drains us, or
overwhelms us into positive
outlets that help us grow.

To do this, we must first recognize
and acknowledge the energy, thank
it for its opportunity to learn.
Then takes these dark clouds and
shine the setting sun on them. Watch
as reds, golds, yellows tip the edges
and change the dark center to luminous
purples. Envision some lovely rays
slipping down to the Earth, and the
quiet chirping of a cricket nearby.
