Gratitude #2

Pollen–I’m grateful for pollen.
Don’t laugh.
It’s not as absurd as you think
for if bees and butterflies
did not spread it
there would be no more plants
and we would not learn
the lesson of love
which must be spread
to continue life
making pollen
a source
of my gratitude today.
