Knowledge Alone

We accumulate a lot of
knowledge in a lifetime,
yet often fail to use it
when we need it most.
How is it that we can know
something and do not put it
into practice? Knowledge
is useless without action.
Knowledge must be coupled
with wisdom as well. And
it must be joined with
creativity to be used
with freshness. Alone
and unused, knowledge
is of limited or no value.

  1. In todays world, of Peoples versus Golliath, knowledge is power… not so much a power to change things, but a power to enable one to negotiate the obstacles placed before you. You can’t show up at a hockey game with a football, and expect to play. 😀
