Clutter of Our Beliefs

Oh, how we cling to the
useless clutter of beliefs,
prejudices, resentments,
ambitions, and ego desires.
Yet, with a mind filled
with wonder and utmost
faith, determined to learn
to love as our Creator does,
you can be free of that which
keeps you bogged down.

Cast away beliefs that
leave you in disharmony,
turn off your television,
stop watching violent films,
reading dull-minding books,
being with those who promote
discord. Do not taint your mind with
stories of violence or conflict.
Rather, seek only that which
elevates your mind, your vibrational
levels. Having achieved these higher
levels, share willingly with
all who are ready to receive. This
path of love and compassion is
truth that comes from the
Divine Creator of All.

      • I am a pretty good people reader Pat. You, if I were to meet you, (which I just might in the future), are charming, charismatic and compassionate. You have a keen sense of who you are and also what you value.
You are a good person and, though we havent known each other long, I feel as though I know you through your words.
        We are kindred spirits.

God bless and keep inspiring me.

      • Some day in the future, when time and money are in abundance it would be wonderful to sit around a table with French Press coffee or jasmine pearl tea in one of my tea pots and talk, relate and get to know each other in the real world.

I hope you have a wonderful day today.
Made blueberry muffins and beef stew is on the stove and crock pot and some hoisin sesame cole slaw is up coming.
I met the most extraordinary woman last night who asked to sit across from me named Sheri Betts. I noticed her necklace in gold that spelled out a word in Chinese. I asked what the word meant and she told me “discipline”. It gave me a bird’s eye view of what she valued and along with discovering she was a Career Coach. She needed someone to write a presentation for her and that is something I do really well.
So she is going to hire me in about a month to write one to present for her company.
She never ever went to that Starbucks and lived in Los Angeles county and I never ever went there before, but my friend wanted to take me to dinner and show me the area by Cal State Fullerton.

        It was meant to be.

I changed the way Totally Inspired Mind looked last night and reworked the font, changed the template and I think it is much easier to read now.

        Do you like it?

Ah, French Press coffee…truly a fine way to make coffee. Discipline is critical in our lives. In most areas, I am very disciplined, writing the poetry every day, for example. Unfortunately, there are areas where I lack discipline, sigh….but I am working on it. Looking forward to your visit. hugs, pat
