No More Running

I no longer run;
I amble, mosey,
content to stroll.
Life in slow motion,
taking on a glow,
attention to detail,
a connection to each
bit of life. I now
have time to consider
who I am, why I am here,
to ponder, intuitive feel
and finally, to know.

    Love the poem and the sentiment expressed, slowing down certainly allows for a clarity that isn’t there as we rush through life. Thank you for sharing. 🙂 Joe
