Walking Among the Trees

101_2896

Blue skies with
nary a cloud, air
crisp and clean.
Mother Nature beckons
me to walk quietly
among her trees,
sip water from clear
streams.

I wander here and there.
The quiet murmurs of the
floresta stills the
busyness of my mind,
reminding me that all
is well when one is
at peace, walking
among the trees
on a summer day.

Luke 1:78-79
