Needing Nothing


Detached engagement
No, for when the ego
no longer needs flattery
we can be with others
in genuine warmth
but need nothing from them.
How freeing
for us and for them.

  1. Being bereft of ego is equivalent to being grounded and whence grounded (detached) totally we’ve everything to gain besides grace from our Lord and nothing to lose.
