Alone No More

Uzma Hayat

Everyone feels disconnected
alone and afraid
acted out in anger and
feigned indifference
when what we want
is a hug
kind word
a moment when we know
with certainty
that we will never
be alone again.

Yes, Pat, we all need the assurance that we never walk alone. Blessed Assurance! I love that song ❤ And your poem sums it up beautifully… here's a hug from Montana to start your Sunday ❤
