Seed of Violence

Innocence2
Can she love a seed of violence?
Does a child conceived in horror
bring revulsion, or does he
heal the wounded?

There are those who would say the
seed carries he who took that
which was not offered. Duality tells
us that where there is darkness is
also light, yin and yang of choice.

May she choose forgiveness to heal
her sorrow. The child in her womb brings
love and light is she so chooses to receive.

It is so easy to sit in our sanctimonious place where we decide what Ggod would say about how other’s should live. That is like that silly dribble that politicians love to say when they say, “Ggod bless America.” .
Ggod is a metaphor, not a being. If you think your Ggod is the “right” way to do things and I disagree, what shall we do. The Christians, as did others killed people for disagreeing.
No one gets to define what others should do nor should we try to offer our morality or opinion where it isn’t asked for.
I am a firm believer in keeping my Ggod out of your bedroom and your mind unless you ask for it.
I love the spiritual aspect of your site, but this is the kind of stuff in the USA that we have to constantly fight against.

  2. What strong emotions. Thought provoking and so true, yet heartbreaking. Beautifully expressed conflicting emotions.

I’ve always thought about this and you are right, it is a tough decision. Personally, I believe there is only one option… after the child is born is where the choice comes in. Know most would disagree here.

I hope you are not saying what I think you are saying. That a woman should carry a baby to term from rape??
