Today I am certain,
finally figured it out.
Whew! what a relief!
I wave the flag of truth
based on self-righteousness.
Today I am certain, tomorrow,
a “yeah, but what if…” creeps
in, dissolving my certainty in
an instant. How can the rock of
truth be as shifting sand?
I was so certain I had the truth!
