I Wonder #1

baby-foot-womb

A new child has be conceived. How will her life be different from mine? When I was conceived, the world was at war. There were no televisions, personal computers, Internet, noman on the moon. The lakes were clear, forests were intact, yards were filled with gardens and butterflies galore. We could walk the streets at night, sleep with doors unlocked, breathe air without smog and chemtrails.

When this child is born, I will be 71. What will she experience in her 70+ years? Joy, sadness, more mind-boggling technology? Will she feel that life has been interesting, worth living? What contribution will she make toward solving the spiraling problems we face today? I wonder what the world will be like 70 years from now or if this world will even exit.
