Indifference Breeds Lies

The lie is quickly accepted
by those whose indifference
blinds their discernment.
Some say the opposite of love
is not hate but rather indifference.
Why do you accept so much without
question? Examine carefully the
sacred cows of society and religion.

L eaving “truth” to others
I ndifference sprouts from laziness
E nvy and greed foster lies

As Anthony Ray Hinton says in his book, The Sund Does Shine, we cannot ever become indifferent to injustice.

Pat, it amazes me how indifferent a lot of people have become. So many things are happening but no one is noticing!

It is called “denial.” When people feel afraid and overwhelmed, they shut down at times. We have been through so much and for generations. As more and more is being revealed, people are afraid to believe what they are seeing…too scary. We must keep the Light strong and be so patient with others and ourselves as well. hugs, pat

Would that we all had the courage to choose the life we want. I did it and also got a lot of flak but have never regretted my choices. Thanks, Toad, for reminding us to be our authentic selves. hugs, pat
