Exclude No One

A world of peace
excludes no one.
People who embrace
true peace welcome all.

A world of peace never
condoms violence. We
must contribute to the
world’s nonviolent
transformation. Each
must chose a life of peace.

Let go of your cumbersome
baggage of judgment, envy,
and greed. Solitude, silence
and listening lay the groundwork
for the prayer of peace.

Forgiveness is an act of faith,
an act of hope, an act of love.
Forgive and deepen the gift of peace.

Nice one but how to deal with inner peace? In deep grief, it seems, that I become violent with myself, I hate my existence.

Akanksha, we have all felt this way at times for various reasons. I can only tell you that peace comes slowly, often like a tide, i.e., it comes and goes. But I believe it is possible to have a core of serenity that we can come back to even when there are difficult times in our lives. This is a very difficult time for you. Your grief is so new and while it never really goes away, you will learn how to go on with your life, to let the grief come again when it must but knowing it will lessen, too. You have such deep grief because you loved so deeply…that is a blessing. Really, you can even be grateful for your grief for so many have not known such deep love. I keep you in my prayers and heart. hugs, pat

        This sounds so soothing,
“You have such deep grief because you loved so deeply…that is a blessing. Really, you can even be grateful for your grief for so many have not known such deep love”
