Storms of Anger

Be silent
let the storms of anger
pass
do not fan the flame
rather let it die
with no fuel added
silence
a peaceful heart

And knowing someone’s
anger says more about them
than you
be at peace
willow in a storm
compassionate, patient, silence
is the best reply
