Just Try

“Hitch your wagon to a star”
dare to dream both near and far
don’t be content with status quo
mountains and valleys—search high and low
for he who dreams and has courage to try
will reach heaven on earth
the sweet by-and-by

Dare greatly, don’t shy
do not hesitate, just try
each step is a success.
It’s not the goal
but the process.
Do not regret
that you have regrets
just try.

  1. To accomplish that which Emerson writes of, simply hitch your wagon to the correct star: the Star of Bethlehem.
