A Contented Smile

Sometimes I smile
at what remains unseen
listen to wisdom yet untold
feel mud that is not there
squish between my toes.

It is as if my soul
knows the answer
without the question
ever being revealed
leaving me with
the contented smile
of Mona Lisa
and a heart full of forever.
