Roots Intertwined

We vary by name, weight, color
each unique yet
we’re all the same
explain this conundrum to me.

The roots of the floresta
are intertwined with
no line of demarcation
from one tree to the next
a perfect metaphor
for us forever connected
in an intertwined
grid of grace
a Divine Matrix
that reveals our sameness
while allowing the illusion
of individuality.
