Where Is God?

Where is God
when a child cries
from hunger, fear, loneliness?
Where is God
when a young mother
dies of breast cancer?
Where is God
when we cry out
in the night?

Always, always
God is here
for us to reach out
to invite Him into our lives.
Waiting for us to:
stop polluting our Earth
turn greed to love
help each other.

Waiting for us
in our hearts
if only we would call.

Too many people do forget that they can have a listening ear. Often they do not want to see further than their own darkness.

Where is my God? I am waiting please.

My daughter that I carried in my womb has betrayed, lied & manipulated every word I said. I have prayed & prayed. I have been told “be patient ” or ” see a therapists.”

We can not live another’s life for them. At some point, we must let our children go and learn their own lessons. We do not have to accept unacceptable behavior even if it means distancing ourselves from the situation. Love her, pray for her, and be at peace trusting our Creator to guide her as is best for her. Sometimes people just need to go through a difficult time to be ready to grow spiritually. Your God is with you, in you, loving you and making a wonderful world for you to enjoy. May you find the peace that you need to know the joy of life. hugs, pat

  11. I’m trying to understand. I think what you are saying is that you are not God. God is separate from you, He is out there. Is that true?

Look, I am only an old lady living my life as best as I can, just like you. I can share what works for me, but each of us must discover our own spirituality, our beliefs. For me, I find our Creator in the floresta, in the songs of the wind, inside of me in my inner voice, all around me manifesting in millions of ways. I believe there is a higher, loving Intelligence and that all life, even I, come from this Source. I believe all is connected in some wonderous way. I believe we are here to learn how to love unconditionally and to help others do the same, that all experiences are lessons toward this goal. No, God is not “out there”, nor separate from me, but rather we are all part of God in ways that we do not yet understand. This works for me. It may not for you and that is ok for we each must discover who we are and why we are here. I send you much love and Light toward this endeavor. Thank you for asking for it made me put in writing something that I have not shared with others before. hugs, pat
