Mirrors of Others

bruarfoss-waterfalls-iceland

We either love
or hate
those who are
reflections of ourselves.

Why do some
infuriate
annoy
leave me feeling
frustrated

While others
inspire
energize
leave me feeling
loved

Both are my
teachers
but only when
I am ready
to learn

  2. So true!. This will be the topic of discussion tonight in our weekly family meeting. What a beautiful way to teach my children this difficult concept.
Thank you again for your beautiful words.

Pat, aren’t there another possibility with those a mirror to ourselves? Don’t feel compassionate towards those people?
