Is Life Hard?

Life only seems hard when
we think it is real. We
feel afraid when we watch a
scary movie and later laugh
at our fears. None of this
madness is real–it is only
a drama of discovery. Relax,
enjoy the show. The hero
wins in the end.

Life becomes easier when we learn to get into observer mode, witness our lives and know we are not the identity we think we are. Ghandi was able to experience total peace while imprisioned and tortured because of his enlightenment.

Life isn’t a movie. Suffering is real. Look around you. People are hurting. Try telling the trafficked sex slave that it’s all just a movie.
