You, The Healer

You are a healer.
Who me? you say.
Yes, all of us have
the ability to call
forth healing energies
to help ourselves and others.
Good health is the natural state,
balance of body and soul.

Loving intent and a willingness
to channel the life force are
all that you need. You can
stop pain and bleeding, help
a person to heal faster, calm
the person who is sick, frightened,
injured, or who suffers with a
spiritual crisis.

We personally do not heal but
rather act as a conduit for
healing energy to pass to
another person. You can do this
with intent. Just open to receive
by intent, then direct your thoughts
to the person, animal, or plant that
needs help. Envision a golden light
coming into you and passing to the other.

You can place your hands on the person,
for most of us long for a loving touch.
But, you can also do this long distance
for thoughts are energy and know no
boundaries. Spiritual healing is a gift
given to those who want to help,
or toreceive ourselves.

Thanks, James. Most people think spiritual healing is magical but our bodies know how to heal and with our connection to the Creator, we all can help the process so easily that we do not believe it. hugs, pat
