We’re late, we’re late, we must hurry!
Hurry, scurry, worry, never stopping,
multi-tasking, rushing here, rushing there.

Simply Stop!!

Take a deep breath,

Let it out

Do one thing at a time with loving care.
What you don’t get done today was not
today’s work. Whatever you did, or did not do
today, soon will not matter. Slowly savor
each moment. Make each task a gift of love.

Yes, our cultures are famous for hard work ethics. Latin American countries are a real culture shock for us expatriots. I think there probably is not a Portuguese word for appointment. lol I have had to struggle to quit rushing, multi-tasking, setting goals, etc. But living one moment at a time fills my life with wonder. Hugs, pat

Just what I need to get over the admonitions of Grandparents …’Better do it now than wish it done!’
